The world is a majestic and mysterious place. With so much to explore, it's hard for me to live anything but a nomadic existence. I'll share where I go and what I think about those places on the blog. Here are a few of my favorite spots.
Joshua Tree National Park
In February of 2016, I hiked for several days in Joshua Tree National Park. Loved it. Came back in 2017. It'll be an annual thing for me. Since it's a short drive from San Diego, home of the Southern California Writers' Conference (which I attend every year), it works out perfect: Hang with writers, get in tune with nature.
Allegedly, there are mystical energy vortexes in and around Sedona. I'll reserve judgement on that, but something keeps me coming back, and it's not the crystal vendors.
